These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Danvi iOS app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
Danvi allows you to create dance videos from a photo using AI. The App may offer credits and/or subscriptions that enable additional generations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
3. User content
You retain rights to the photos you upload and the videos you generate, subject to these Terms. You represent that you have the rights to use any content you submit.
4. License to operate the service
You grant Danvi a limited, non‑exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and store your content solely to provide the service (including AI processing, storage, and delivery).
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- upload illegal, abusive, sexual, or exploitative content (including child sexual content);
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service, including attempts to bypass credit limits or payments;
- use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
6.1 Credits
The App may use a credit system where generating videos consumes credits. Credit requirements may vary by style or duration.
6.2 Subscriptions
If the App offers auto‑renewing subscriptions, your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings.
6.3 Refunds
Purchases are generally handled by Apple. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you can request a refund through Apple support.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI‑generated output may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. By using the App, you agree to our data practices.
